2. Data processed and purposes
The website may process information you choose to provide by email, telephone, WhatsApp or virtual assistant solely to:
- reply to information or quotation requests;
- manage pre-contractual or contractual relationships;
- ensure service security, operation and abuse prevention.
3. Contact form
The form on the home page prepares a message in your email application. The website does not receive the information until you personally confirm sending it from your email client.
4. Eppi virtual assistant
Messages sent to Eppi are processed through Groq to generate a response. Do not include sensitive data, confidential documents or unnecessary personal information. Messages are used to answer the conversation, not for automated marketing by Ep Creative Studio.
5. Technical data and cookies
The hosting provider may record essential technical information, such as IP address, user agent, request date and time, for security and diagnostics. The website does not currently use advertising cookies or profiling tools.
6. Legal basis, retention and recipients
Processing is based on your request, pre-contractual or contractual steps and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in service security. Data is retained only as long as needed to handle the request and comply with legal obligations. It may be processed by strictly necessary technical providers under the applicable agreements.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by emailing the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
